Services We Provide

DigitalKasur provides digital services (website development, SEO, social media marketing, graphic design, content writing, video editing) and event management services (weddings, parties, corporate events) across Kasur District. All services are subject to availability and agreed scope.

Project Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Custom quotes are based on requirements shared by the client and may be revised if scope changes.

Payment Terms

For projects above Rs. 50,000: 50% advance payment required to start work, 50% on final delivery. For monthly services (SEO, page management): monthly subscription with no long-term contracts. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cash.

Project Timeline

Standard website: 7-10 working days. E-commerce: 15-20 working days. Custom projects: 30+ days. Event management: timeline agreed per event. Delays caused by client (delayed content, feedback, or approvals) may extend the timeline accordingly.

Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 free revision rounds. Additional revisions are charged at Rs. 1,500 per round. Major scope changes after approval are billed separately.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available for completed work. If work is in progress and you wish to cancel, refund is provided for uncompleted work only. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all project deliverables (website files, design files, content) become the property of the client. DigitalKasur retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DigitalKasur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any project is limited to the project value paid by the client.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
